What do I receive each month?
- A chapter of your chosen story written in first person as a letter from the protaganist
- A6 Custom Illustration tied to the contents of that chapter
- Sticker sheet or alternate item linked to the character, overall story, world or events
- Journal prompt card
- Custom illustrated vellum paper
- Burgandy envelope with wax seal
Are subscriptions open internationally?
Yes! When selecting a story you will see an option to choose UK or international. Please be aware international subscriptions only priced higher due to a higher shipping cost. International mail will also vary in delivery times.
When do subscriptions close each month?
January subscriptions are now closed.
February subscription sign ups are now open until the 10th, ready to ship by the 15th. However, you can add on a physical or digital backorder of January to your basket.
When will my mail be shipped?
Mail will always be shipped by the 15th of the month at the latest, however we will always endeavour to send earlier if materials have arrived in time with no defects.
Do I need to have read the previous letters if I'm signing up after January?
Yes, Ardently Yours stories are all continuous meaning you need to have read the previous months letters. To do this you have two options:
1. Add a physical copy of the previous month at a reduced cost. This will be shipped with your first month order.
2. Add the free digital add on to your basket. The letters will be watermarked and emailed to you to download via bookfunnel on the day your physical mail is shipped
Please be aware the prices of these will be updated monthly as the number of months included grows.
My mail hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Please complete the contact form on the website and include 'missing mail' in the text.
UK: Please allow up to five business days from the point of shipping notification before notifying us of missing mail. Whilst they are sent as second class post with a two day estimate, royal mail can at times have delays.
International: Please allow up to ten business days from the point of shipping notification before notifying us of missing mail.
My mail has arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please email info@ardentlyyours.co.uk with an attached photo of the damage - this helps us claim against royal mail for the cost of materials.
Please be aware that light corner scruffing/bends are unavoidable with envelope mail. However, more severe damage will be replaced.
Replacement may not always be immediate as it depends on available stock but we will always keep you updated via email.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
We're sorry to hear you'd like to leave. On your initial order confirmation email there is a login access link to your account, from there you can cancel for your next month.
Please note our subscription platform does not allow for a cancellation or refund on your current month.
